A New Frontier for Space Combat

If you have been yearning for the golden age of arcade space shooters, you are not alone. Developer Huskrafts and publisher Outersloth—the team behind the cultural phenomenon Among Us—have announced that their upcoming roguelike spacefighter, Rogue Eclipse, is officially touching down on PC via Steam on August 7th.

Drawing heavy inspiration from the fast-paced intensity of Starfox and the mechanical depth of Armored Core, Rogue Eclipse aims to modernize the space shooter genre. Wrapped in a unique aesthetic inspired by Arabesque Futurism, the game tasks players with engaging in high-stakes aerial combat against massive armadas and hulking enemy behemoths.

The core of Rogue Eclipse is built around a ‘try, die, and try again’ loop. Players will need to hone their piloting skills and constantly upgrade their starfighter to stand a chance against the encroaching darkness. Key features include:
